Our ALA–accredited MLIS allows students to pursue a course-based or thesis-based degree on a full-time or part-time basis. SLIS is a home department for the MA in Humanities Computing, a thesis-based degree program offered through the Faculty of Arts. Students may complete the MLIS degree in conjunction with the MA in Humanities Computing. This is a thesis-based degree program, which typically extends over three years of full-time study.
